I’ve always been an active person and played competitive sports whenever I had the opportunity. I'm an internationally capped lacrosse player for Team Ireland and have been coaching for over 10 years. Being fit and active didn’t always come easy to me I understand the journey – my own fitness came with its share of challenges. I've grappled with weight issues and faced sports-related injuries throughout my life There have been many times in my life when I felt stuck and unable to move forward with healthy lifestyle changes. Diets were too extreme, trying to fit in exercise seemed impossible and I struggled with committing to myself.

Studying the science behind exercise and nutrition cut through and led to me losing 25kg on my own plan. The training I offer is empathy and science-driven. My goal is to meet you where you’re at. I provide unwavering support through accountability, confidence boosting, and sharing my expertise at every turn. No diet fads, no extreme measures – just reliable, realistic, science-backed information guaranteed.

I have always had a passion for everything sports and fitness related. I started playing sports when I was 5 years old, so for me a career in fitness just made sense. When I finished school, I tried my hand at a few different things, from computer science to business, but I didn’t feel like these fitted what I desired from a career. I chose to pursue a career in the fitness industry because I know what it takes to stay fit and active from my years of training, whether it be sports or in the gym. I also get great pleasure from helping other people achieve their goals in the gym. I love exercising and it has so many benefits for me personally, so I would like other people to feel the same. I like to keep it simple in the gym. That means it takes all the guess work out for my clients and makes achieving their goals that bit easier and more enjoyable.
